Terms & Conditions – 777cx Platform

Section 01

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777cx website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino products and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on 777cx, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Services.

These terms apply to all users, including players accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other locations. The platform is operated under an international license; details of the licensing jurisdiction are available in the platform's licensing disclosure section.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 777cx, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Services as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm your jurisdiction's legal status before registering.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 777cx for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or agent of 777cx or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through a 777cx voluntary exclusion or through any third-party responsible gambling programme that applies to your use of the Services.

Section 04

Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on 777cx. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed, with balances subject to review. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new registration.

KYC documentation: 777cx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing the first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe notified by 777cx may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account. 777cx's data handling practices in relation to KYC documents are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777cx are processed through the cashier section of your Account. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment source that you are legally authorised to use and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. 777cx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Payment method names referenced for context (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers. Always verify method availability and applicable provider terms independently.
• 777cx does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method in the same name as the Account holder.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal and may be required again for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Processing times vary by method. 777cx aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified in the cashier. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

777cx reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, the platform will notify the Player of the hold and provide reasonable information about the review process.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

777cx may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts and qualifying payment methods, are specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified by the promotion. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• 777cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated strategies designed to exploit offer structures, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account closure.

Section 07

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 777cx. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Players should verify all selections, stake amounts and odds before submitting a bet slip.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, 777cx reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and domestic competitions — are subject to official result rulings. Settlement will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 777cx, including during incident reviews or due to data feed interruptions.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, and by live dealer actions for live casino products. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Winnings from casino and sportsbook activity will be credited to the Account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777cx. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent stage of the Account relationship.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 777cx.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any such winnings are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Registering on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server or any other method of IP obfuscation.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive communication with 777cx support staff or other users of the platform.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, 777cx reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the Account, void any bets or winnings arising from the prohibited activity, withhold the Account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

Section 09

Responsible Gambling

777cx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at any time and can be activated by contacting support via live chat or through the Account settings menu.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount to control spending.
• Loss limits: Set a ceiling on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be prompted to take a break.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during your current session.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) without permanently closing the Account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and must never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx's total liability to any Player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777cx shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue or any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Services.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, technical faults or data transmission errors caused by circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from shared credentials or compromised devices.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions or other circumstances beyond 777cx's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by 777cx's negligence to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

Section 11

Termination & Account Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to the support email address. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure by 777cx: 777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive or prohibited conduct as described in Section 08.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period as specified in the platform's dormancy policy (details available in the Account settings section).
• Regulatory or legal requirements that oblige the platform to restrict access for Players in certain jurisdictions.

Where an Account is closed by 777cx for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these terms), the platform reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Section 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cx holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the terms of 777cx's operating licence, or to the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

777cx reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the platform will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on file or via an on-screen notification upon login.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page. Archived versions of previous terms are available upon written request to the support email address.
